Shipping Information

Processing Time:

Current processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). This is the time that your order will be made and packaged. This does not include transit time.

Method:

We are currently shipping within the United States only, sorry for any inconvenience. Your order will be mailed through USPS by either First Class or Priority Mail. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. Tracking information is included on every order.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, transit time can take 2-7 business days for First Class Shipping, or 1-3 business days for Priority Mail Shipping.
Once your package is in USPS possession, Scented Farmhouse no longer has control over your order and any circumstances that may delay delivery time are not in our control. Scented Farmhouse is not responsible for the time it takes USPS to deliver packages. The transit times stated above are what USPS has estimated if there are no delays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on item weight, size and destination location. We ship items in padded mailers, Flat Rate padded mailers, and Regional Rate A Boxes.
Larger orders may be shipped in a Regional Rate B Box, Medium Flat Rate Box, or a Large Flat Rate Box. If your order is able to fit in a Flat Rate Box for cheaper than the calculated shipping rate, we will do so, and refund the shipping overage to you!

Insurance:
Shipping insurance will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. USPS First Class Shipping does not include insurance. If this shipping method is chosen, the package will not be insured and in the unlikely event that the package gets lost in transit, it will not be replaced. USPS Priority Mail has insurance included. If a Priority Mail package gets lost in transit, a claim can be filed with USPS.

Summer Shipping:
During the warmer months, keep in mind the nature of these items. Wax can melt if it is left in a mailbox or on a porch for some time. Please plan accordingly and be sure to ship to an address where you will be available for delivery. You can always have your order shipped to an address where you know someone will be (neighbor, work, etc). Be sure to change your shipping address at checkout if you'd like to do that.
Scented Farmhouse is not responsible for products that are left in a mailbox, vehicle, or porch and refunds will not be issued.
If melting occurs, the wax will re-solidify by being left at room-temperature, or can be refrigerated for faster results.
